If any of your items get damaged (Glass/Mirror) during transit we will replace them free of charge. We know shopping online can be difficult, we are in the business of making it easier.
Tracking your parcel:
Please ensure that you are staying up to date with your tracking details.
Once you have placed your order you will receive an order conformation. Once your order has been shipped we will provide a tracking number “order shipped” Email at the time your order has been dispatched.
if your parcel is marked “attempted delivery” it is your responsibility to follow the steps provided by the courier. The courier may leave an attempted delivery slip/ card. However this is not always the case you will need to contact your local postal provider with your provided tracking number. In most cases you will need to contact your local postal provider in which you need to organise to pick up within a reasonable timeframe before the parcel gets marked as “return to sender”. Please read our “returned to sender” Section below.
Returned to sender
If your order is marked as “returned to sender” and shipped back to us. You will be liable for any costs related with the re-shipment of your order and will be emailed an invoice.
we do not offer refunds if you have, failed to pick up your parcel resulting in your parcel being “returned to sender” if in this case it does get returned to us you will be responsible to pay an additional postage fee for us to resend.
If you receive a card/slip requesting a pick up from your local news agency or post office, it is your responsibility to pick the parcel up within a reasonable time. If your parcel is marked “returned to sender” due to failure to pick up parcel within time frame, you will be liable for costs of re-shipment.
Partially fulfilled orders:
In some cases we may partially fulfil your order, this can result in your order being delivered in separate shipments.
Missing or lost packages:
If you believe your item is missing it lost we do encourage you to check your premises carefully as the courier may have left it in a safe place. In some instances your parcel may have been left with a neighbour. The courier may have left a slip for redelivery or requested that you pick up your parcel at your local post office.
In the case that your delivery has been marked “Delivered” please contact us after 2 business days and before 10 days from the date the package was marked “delivered “
You have 48 hours from the time of your delivery being marked “delivered” to contact us regarding missing it lost packages.
For international deliveries :
By purchasing our products you agree you are responsible for any fees and expenses associated with importing and sending your orders internationally. You agree that you have taken acknowledgment of the authenticity of this item and that this transfer is non refundable. Please note that some countries require customers to pay an amount for tax & duty. Please look into your countries customs tax dust’s costs. In the event that your order is marked “returned to sender” and shipped back to us, you will be liable for any costs related with the re-shipment of your order and will be emailed an invoice.
All issues must be reported within 60 days of the order date. It is your responsibility to stay up to date with the whereabouts of your parcel.
It is understood and agreed that the following timelines for claims transmitted must be adhered to in order for claims to be processed , Electra Mirrors is not liable for any claims not processed within this timeline.
• Claims for packages marked “delivered must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked
“ delivered “.
• Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not “delivered”) must be filed after 7 days (20 for international) and within 30days from last checkpoint.
• Concealed Damage Losses - Any loss or damage found upon the opening of the original shipping packages at the final destination, but not exceeding Seventy-two (72) hours after delivery confirmation at the final destination, shall be adjusted and paid by this coverage in the same manner as through the original shipping package had been open immediately upon their arrival, provided such losses would have been otherwise recoverable under the terms of this coverage. Nevertheless any packages showing visible signs of external damage are to be opened and examined immediately upon arrival and any such losses shall be reported in accordance with the claims procedures included in this coverage if you do not have coverage this will not apply.

As an over seas customer you will not occur any duties or fees in most cases this will be prepaid through our Express delivery services. Although as a recipient of the item you are responsible to look into your country's international fees, tax and duties laws. Electra Mirrors will not be responsible to pay any outstanding fees. You as the recipient will be responsible to pay for any taxes & duties levied subject to the country the recipients items are being delivered to.
Our shipping timeframe is just an estimation and are subject to change due to factors such as public holidays, weather delays and unforeseen circumstances.
Orders in Australia & America will not incur any tax or duties. Unfortunately, there is no easy answer to this. Every country has its own rules regarding products coming in and the taxes and duties related to the value. Some countries have a high threshold value, meaning there is a high chance you will not be charged extra taxes or duties, whereas some countries have a very low value, and you will most likely be charged when your item arrives in your country. We strive to provide the best possible experience when shipping around the world however the fees are not in our control and is not something we cover. If you are charged these fees, you will need to pay in order for you to receive your items. If you don’t have an account you can search your emails for our tracking email. If there is no tracking link it means that your order is still in the processing stage. If it has exceeded the estimated turn around time, please contact us for an update on your order.
Your package will be left in a safe place and marked as delivered by postal provider. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once it is marked as delivered.

We always try our best to make sure you get everything you ordered but there may be some instances where you'll see that your order may be partially fulfilled.
This generally means that not all of your items were available to ship in most cases you may have your items shipped separately.
In the event that this happens, what is available in inventory will be pick-and-packed into a package and shipped out to you where you will have received an email with the tracking information or the items that have shipped.
