Unfortunately, there is no easy answer to this. Every country has its own rules regarding products coming in and the taxes and duties related to the value.

Yes! we always take extra precautions when packing your mirrors they are wrapped carefully in a 3 layer protection system. Your Mirror will be wrapped and delivered like it's floating in a soft cloud ☁️
If you have not requested your order to be signed on delivery your package will be left in a safe place.
We always try our best to make sure you get everything you ordered but there may be some instances where you'll see that your order may be partially fulfilled.
This generally means that not all of your items were available to ship in most cases you may have your items shipped separately.
In the event that this happens, what is available in inventory will be pick-and-packed into a package and shipped out to you where you will have received an email with the tracking information or the items that have shipped.
If you didn't receive an email, check your order status for the latest on your tracking information.
Please check your emails after you place your order. You should have an option to download your invoice as a PDF. Please contact us if you do not see this option.
